If you give your consent, we may also publish your details in the RAFARS Call Book (QRZ), which is distributed to members only.

Data sharing and storage
Your personal information is stored securely on password-protected systems accessible only to authorised RAFARS officers and committee members who need it to perform their roles.

We retain your personal information while you remain a member of RAFARS, and for a period afterwards to allow you to rejoin and retain your original membership number.
Basic membership information (such as your name, callsign, and membership number) may be retained indefinitely for historical and record-keeping purposes that are in the legitimate interests of RAFARS.
All other personal information will be securely deleted when it is no longer required for administrative or historical purposes.
