94 contacts made using GB100HAL and 2 using G1RAF. Mostly around Europe as conditions not great.
The logging programme was checked out and seems to be working as advertised after finding a version of JT Alert, as the original had disappeared. We did have a windows update in the week? Also logged a phantom qso on the phone logger and that also worked. All updating to QRZ as well. The Club had waiting today 19 awards which the Operations manager, Dave G0KUC, had applied for last week.
During the morning Mick (G7TNQ) spent time explain and demonstrating SMR to Jon (2E0FNC) and Roger.  After a discussion, it was agreed that digital repeaters would follow FT8 in gaining in popularity with Amateurs over time. Later Dave (G0KUC) explained Jon (2E0FNC) how to use the DX Lab programs to log contacts made on the club`s FT-1000MP. During the day, the club members from the ATC RAC who were at Halton for the weekend popped in for a chat.
