MESSAGE FROM YOUR CHAIRMAN RICHIE G0RHJ.
In my capacity as your Chairman, I have initiated contact with our sister
societies, the RSARS and RNARS. I am please to say that the Navy has
responded positively, but yet to hear from Blandford. The intention is to
forge closer relationships with each other's services and their respective
activities, and them to ours.
The Royal Navy ARS (RNARS) celebrates 50 years this year. They have opened
this liaison with an open invite for any RAFARS member to join them in their
celebrations.
I believe that this would be a wonderful opportunity to celebrate and show
solidarity with the other Military Amateur Radio Societies.
I await your views.

14 May Atlantis STS132 to ISS with Mini Research Module for Zarya
29 Jul Endeavour STS133 to ISS with ELC4 MLPM spares.
16 Sep Discovery STS134 to ISS with Alpha Magnetic spectrometer.
DISCOVERY STS134 WILL BE THE LAST SHUTTLE TO VISIT THE ISS.
All Shuttle Flights are subject to delays.
